Maria Roselle
I come from an athletic family, so sports have always been a big part of my life. Although I was not actively involved in competitive sports during high school or college, I grew up doing gymnastics and later coached it for several years. This, along with my degree in nutrition, got me interested and involved with fitness. I really enjoyed being active, but found myself getting extremely bored at the gym, spending entirely too much time there. Elliptical…legs…treadmill...tri’s…etc. –not really the most exciting workout regimen. I found CrossFit in 2009.
