SHANE FARMER is a coach blending the sports of Rowing and CrossFit. He lives in San Diego full time and loves to travel. In addition to being a 4-time CrossFit Games athlete and working with aspiring athletes, his second passion is style. He’s been known to receive text messages from friends as they waver over their clothing decisions. He applies feng shui principles to his home in hopes of achieve a more peaceful lifestyle.
