400-m run
3 legless rope climbs
7 squat snatches (125/185lb)

If you keep up with, you may have noticed this workout was posted yesterday as Thursday’s workout of the day. We expected the first event of the Games to be a well-rounded one – and that’s exactly what this workout is – a mixture of strength, grit, and pure endurance.
