2019 CrossFit Games Schedule: How (and When) to Watch

The 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games are set to begin Thursday, August 1st in Madison, Wisconsin. The 4-day event will kick-off at 9 a.m. CST with the Opening Ceremonies, followed by the first event for teams at 10:30 a.m. CST. Event 1 for individual athletes, which will eliminate almost half of the competitors, will begin at 11:30 a.m. CST, according to the CrossFit Games Event App. Masters and teens will begin Friday, August 2nd.

Here’s the tentative schedule for the 2019 CrossFit Games:

Individual & Teams
Thursday:  9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Age Group Competition
Friday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

How to Watch
Watching the Games will be a little different this year. CrossFit will be providing an open-source broadcast that allows fans and partners to share the content from their own perspectives. Followers will be able to access a channel menu guide to choose the format in which they watch. Yes, this year fans will have more options than ever—whether you want to watch the Games in Spanish, Arabic, or English, for example. As of right now you’ll have over 20 viewing option presented in multiple languages from around the world.
