At 6mm, the F-Lite™ 230 design has the right sole to help you feel grounded and allows you to generate the power you need from your heels during those Oly lifts. From rows to box jumps and even through 400m runs, the shoes provide the support you need to get you through any WOD. Put through a beach WOD, they also drained easily of both sand and water. Although we’ve heard sizing on these runs a little big, these were true to size for us with a good, snug fit.
