That’s right – the CrossFit (and actual) veteran is making weekly videos. If we gave you five guesses on the name of his channel, well, you’d probably only need one. Paying the Man is a look at Josh on an everyday basis, from his training to his life being a dad. And yes, his boys, Jack and Nox, love being in the gym with dad, who is also their wrestling coach.
Bridges shares his thought process behind his workouts and well as some of the regimens he keeps. For example, he starts every day by making his bed and then jumping in his “cold tub” which is simply a chest freezer he has outside his garage gym filled with cold water kept just above freezing.
“I’m really looking forward to being able to give back to the community that supported me so well all throughout the years, I’d love to give back to you guys,” Bridges said in his introduction video. “I feel like I’ve got a lot to offer when it comes to training mental preparation, nutrition, sleep, recovery injury, how to work around injuries, things like that.”
Bridges joins Rich Froning, Noah Ohlsen, Tia Toomey and Brooke Ence as athletes who are sharing more of their lives to the public through the video-sharing platform.
