CrossFitters generally fall into one of two camps.

One camp is made up of athletes who fully commit to every WOD they start. They make it a point to ‘no rep’ themselves and even go as far as putting in a few extra reps if they lose count along the way. You’d think we would all be in this camp, but no, we all aren’t.
