At 315 pounds, Heria ground through a challenging single rep. Wheels spotted closely as the bar slowed considerably.

That first rep, that was all back. I mean I haven’t seen anyone unrack it and go down quicker than that.

At 169 pounds bodyweight, pressing 285 pounds represents elite-level relative strength. Wheels confirmed that pulling an average 170-pound person off the street wouldn’t yield anywhere near this performance.
