Tired of the same old fitness promises? Reddit user n0thingt0seehere_ went on an 8-week CrossFit journey and the results speak for themselves.

Food First: The Secret to Success

n0thingt0seehere_ knows that workouts mean nothing if you don’t eat right. She crushed her sugar addiction and focused on protein-packed, nutritious food. This fueled her workouts without ditching all the good stuff.

The biggest dietary factor for strength is eating varied from scratch/fresh food with lots of nutrients and proteins. Biggest dietary factor for size is definitely sugar. I struggled the most with this, being addicted to soda and candy basically. But building strength and health first helped because then I could use my accomplishments as leverage to quit sugar. Basically convincing myself to “protect my investment”.

CrossFit: It’s Not Just About the Burn

CrossFit was her weapon of choice, and it wasn’t just about sweat.  It gave her structure and turned exercise into a sport.  But, the combo of smart eating and CrossFit is what really made the difference!

Community + Discipline = Unstoppable

The CrossFit crew kept her motivated, but it was her inner drive that REALLY made things happen. She stuck to the plan even when she didn’t feel like it – that’s the key.

The Nitty Gritty

n0thingt0seehere_ didn’t hold back on the details: intermittent fasting, low-carb phases, figuring out her perfect protein intake…it was all part of the process.  She worked out 5 days a week, threw in cardio, even focused on flexibility. It was a total overhaul!

It’s About More Than Weight Loss

This wasn’t a quick fix. She changed her whole lifestyle to become healthier, inside and out.
