Your brain contains a 24-hour rhythmic clock that thrives on consistency. When you sleep in two hours later on weekends, you’re essentially giving yourself jet lag.
When I was drifting on weekends, sleeping in two hours later than usual, come Sunday night, I would always have a miserable time.
