Every morning, Greenfield performs three core exercises developed by renowned spine biomechanist Dr. Stuart McGill. The modified curl-up involves lying with one knee bent, hands supporting the lower back’s natural arch, then lifting head and shoulders just one inch off the floor for 8-10 seconds.

A landmark study called CONFIRM-2 followed over 6,000 people for four years, comparing traditional cardiovascular risk calculators against actual CT angiography plaque measurements.
