Does this mean it doesn’t work? Absolutely not. Absence of evidence isn’t evidence of absence. The pharmacological case for systemic administration having broader effects than topical application is sound.

The risk profile is probably favorable. GHK-Cu is endogenous, preclinical toxicology is clean, copper load at typical doses falls within safe limits. But “probably favorable” does heavy lifting when discussing daily injections over weeks to months without pharmacokinetic data.
